1. Acceptance of Terms & Services

By browsing, accessing, or utilizing any services on YahTrip ("we," "our," "us"), including our travel discovery guides, destination articles, holiday package quotes, and direct booking support, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Role as Travel Facilitator & Curator

YahTrip operates as an online travel discovery portal and holiday package facilitator. We design, curate, and arrange personalized itineraries by coordinating with verified third-party suppliers, including registered hoteliers, licensed transport operators, activity guides, and local ground handlers.

Independent Supplier Relationships:

While we carefully screen our partners for service quality, third-party operators maintain their own operating policies. YahTrip does not directly own or operate airlines, hotels, or tourist vehicle fleets.

3. Tour Packages, Pricing & Dynamic Quotes

Dynamic Pricing: Package rates displayed on the website are representative estimates based on low/standard season pricing. Final pricing depends on your exact travel dates, room availability, vehicle type, and customized additions.
Itinerary Adjustments: We reserve the right to alter sightseeing sequence or substitute equivalent hotels due to unforeseen local circumstances, traffic diversions, or extreme weather conditions to prioritize traveler safety.
Inclusions/Exclusions: Every booking invoice explicitly details included items (e.g., accommodation, transfers, breakfast) and excluded items (e.g., personal shopping, entry fees, monument camera permits, tips).

4. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Acts of God & Beyond Control Events (Force Majeure):

YahTrip shall NOT be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, additional expense, or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural calamities (landslides, heavy snowfall, floods, earthquakes), extreme weather, road blockages, flight delays or cancellations, mechanical breakdowns, state strikes, pandemic restrictions, or political disruptions.

Any additional accommodation, transport, or meal expenses resulting from such delays must be borne directly by the traveler.

5. Travel Blog & Sightseeing Guides Disclaimer

The travel articles, sightseeing guides, best-time-to-visit recommendations, food reviews, and itinerary tips published on our blog are created for informational and inspirational purposes. While our editorial team strives for high factual accuracy, local ticket fees, monument timings, dress codes, permit regulations, and seasonal weather patterns are subject to sudden government revisions. We recommend cross-checking time-sensitive details prior to visits.

6. Traveler Responsibilities & Documentation

Valid Identification: All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo IDs (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) during the entire journey for hotel check-ins and permit clearances.
Health & Fitness: Travelers participating in high-altitude treks, water sports, desert safaris, or adventure activities must ensure they are medically fit and comply with safety instructions from certified instructors.
Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all clients to procure comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering emergency medical expenses, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via registered email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges depend on the specific hotel and airline policies:

30+ Days Before Departure Minimal administrative fee / deposit adjustment.

15 to 29 Days Before Departure 50% retention charge on total tour cost.

Under 15 Days / No-Show 100% non-refundable due to pre-booked hotel blocks.

8. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services or bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
